Join us for the fall edition of Berlin’s own week dedicated to alternative fashion, starting on October 4.

Whoever said fashion weeks have to be only about tried-out, famous names and bloggers and influencers posing for the streetstyle photographers – it can also be fun, quirky, and, most of all, alternative. This much needed breath of fresh air is brought to the Berlin fashion scene by the organizers of biannual Berlin Alternative Fashion Week. Gathering the industry’s most interesting independent designers, it creates an open platform to new talents to increase their exposure and strengthen their connections.
This fall, BAFW will bring together 25 designers, including many of those who charmed the visitors during its spring edition, such as L•O•M, Tata Christiane, TZUJI, and ZL by Zlism, and a vast array of new names. The seventh edition of the festival will take place October 4-7 at Halle am Berghain, with the main fashion shows happening on Friday the 6th and Saturday the 7th. Furthermore, BAFW will be kicked off by an opening party at Kantine am Beghain on the 4th, and closed by yet another party on the 8th.
Check out our report and BAFW’s own photo documentation from the last edition, and start getting ready to join us in October!
